Next Spin Date - Uniuqe Location!

OK, So here's something exciting.

I have a good opportunity to spin a set a "Tcomp".

Toronto's Decompression; which is happening about mid-November.

The 15th is the tentative date, the venue just needs to be secured, then I get my flight booked!

I've been buying new tracks like crazy.... I *should* go out there and shake their booties right off, no?

3 new Mixes on the Cusp...

That's right THREE mixes are going to be available for download.

I wanted to get them out now ( in mp3 format ).

So people who are driving a long distance, say 1800 or so kilometers, have some hours of easy driving.

Here's the breakdown:

Electrograde
- This is a few old songs (70's, 80's, 90's) remixed.
Not just any songs, just ones I thought were done well enough for me to like them.

Aural Defenestration
- Mixing some songs in a way I normally wouldn't, and went for a more harmonic mix.

Digital Indemnification
- A quick mix of some new favorites. Suited for driving. A little ( note "little") more progressive.
But you can dance to it too! =)

They'll be up on my downloads page in the next day or two.

Critiac Mass Closer / Next Play Time

So there's no way to say it other than I had a wicked time at Critical Mss this year.

I was on fire, thanks for everyone dancing, and thanks for the compliments. The only difficulty I had was with a crappy Numark CD player.... and that's the only complaint.

It rocked, and I'm glad Blues Dome went off as it did. =)

There's rumor I'll be playing south of the boarder again, July 5th..... email me to find out about it.

New Mix(es) flying along

It looks like I'll have a Double CD coming out sooner rather than later.

By Double CD I mean two separate Mixes in one handy Jewel case.

Electrograde
- a mix of retro classics, redone to the point that even I like them! =)

-AND-

Aural Defenestration
- Trying something new.... mixing songs I wouldn't normally play together, and attempting a more harmonic balance.
- I'd be really interested in what people think of this one.

I'm still polishing things up, but I'm 90% through mixing and 80% through the CD case design.
